Project is handled by the China Harbour Engineering Company and targets to connect Abuja to Nassarawa and Benue States, all the way to Enugu State for easy commute when traveling from Abuja to South-East and Southern part of Nigeria. Fundings are shared between Nigeria (15%) and China (85%). It has a total cost of $542 million and aims to be completed by April 2023.
